Wheascouts
MUSIC * STORYTELLING * FALL MANDALAS
Music and Storytelling with Steve Barber (stevebarbermusic.com) with some fall-inspired crafts.
Weather permitting, we are going outside for our fall-inspired craft. We are going to create group mandalas with natural materials to leave in the Wernette Woods. If you have some corn, gourds or mini-pumpkins you’d like to contribute (even ones that are beginning to rot a bit), please bring them along. They’re a nice compliment to whatever kids find.
Looking forward to fun family time in the Wernette Woods!
Jamboree
Jamborees are held on the second Saturday of every month (except September) in the Cabin on the Wheatland Music site from 2pm till 5pm. This informal gathering of acoustic musicians is free of charge and open to the public. Musicians of all levels and abilities are welcome to participate! So whether you’re just starting out, have been playing for years, or just want to listen to some tunes: A Saturday afternoon of music at Wheatland is welcoming you.
