The final date for mail in ticket orders is: August 27th, 2011 and online tickets orders end September 1st, 2011. You may also get a Printable Ticket Order.

Note: Wheatland only offers primitive camping. There are no hookups. Areas used as campgrounds are hay fields and woods. No flush toilets. Porta-johns and handicapped accessible porta-johns are provided. Every campground has a campground station staffed by ‘red shirt’ volunteers. As soon as you camp, be sure to locate your station so you know where to go if you need any kind of help during the weekend. Each station is equipped with radios to call for First Aid, Security, handicapped transporters, etc.
No fires, dogs, weapons, firecrackers, or laser pointers. Leave boom boxes, recording devices and items to sell at home (no unauthorized vendors.)

Early Entry Rules:
Pre-Festival Main Gate Guidelines
The main gate will be open beginning Monday, September 6th at 9:00 a.m. and will be open each day from 9a.m. until 9pm Monday – Thursday.
No early entry prior to or after the above stated times.
If you are an early entry worker or vendor, your name must have been submitted by your area leader to be included on the early entry list.
You must be on the early entry list.
You must have a ticket to get in early.
If you are not on the early entry list for Wednesday or Thursday, do not attempt to come in early..
Spouse or significant other must be on the early entry list as well and arrive in the same vehicle.
Spouse or significant other must have a ticket.
Children that live in your household may arrive with you.
Children’s tickets can be purchased Wednesday and Thursday at the main gate.
No roping off sites or setting up camp for friends.
Early entry will be refused to anyone not on the early entry list.
Sunday Tickets for Wheatland Music Festival
Remus, Michigan: Sunday only tickets will be on sale at the gate for Wheatland Music Organization’s 37th annual Festival held near Remus, Michigan. Sunday only tickets are $25 for adults/seniors and $3 for children 5-12. Gate sales begin Sunday, September 12, 2010, 8 am.
This year’s 3-day festival takes place September 10 through September 12. Each year, thousands of children and adults converge on the 160-acre festival site to enjoy a wide variety of traditional arts. Festival goers take part in workshops, demonstrations, dances, and impromptu jam sessions throughout the site as well as the stage performances, juried arts and crafts and a wide variety of food.
• The main gate will be open beginning Monday, September 7th, at 9:00 a.m. and will be open each day, Monday -Wednesday, from 9am – 9pm, and Thursday at 9am.
• No early entry prior to or after the above stated times.
• If you are an early entry worker or vendor; your name must have been submitted by your area leader to be included on the Monday – Wednesday early entry list. You must have a ticket to get in.
• Thursday Early Entry will be done by ticket only. There will be no list for that day. If you do not have an early entry ticket approved by your crew-leader and mailed to you from the office, you will not be granted early entry. NO EXCEPTIONS. Do not try to get early entrance if you do not
receive your ticket.
• There are campgrounds nearby to spend the night in the event you are turned away.
• Spouse or significant other must arrive with you in the
same vehicle and must have his or her own festival ticket.
Children that live in your household may arrive with you.
• Children’s tickets can be purchased Wednesday and Thursday at the main gate.
• Contact your crew-leader if you have any questions regarding this new policy.
Please review the map that was enclosed with your ticket order. Note that the sides of 50th Avenue between M-20 and Pierce Road are marked with X’s. This is a ticket-tow area. These sides must be kept open to allow for emergency traffice (ambulance, fire, police, etc.) in addition to school busses and people going to work. Parking will be allowed on all other roads after 9am on Friday, September 11, 2009.
Once the gates open at 10am, we hope to get everyone into the festival site in a timely manner. The west gate will be used for festival entry between 10am and 4pm on Friday only.
If you plan on camping in DeDannan, Henrie Brothers, Lost World or Backwoods campgrounds you may enter through the exit gate.
Taking 60th Avenue off M-20 to Pierce Road will give you easy access to this gate.
