Open Mic 2009
Open Mic will once again be at Centennial Stage.
Two times have been reserved for people to share their talents:
Saturday 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, and
Sunday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Sign up will be at Centennial Stage beginning at 7:00 on Friday evening.
Open Mic Rules:
1. No Wheatland performers (paid or unpaid) can play at Open Mic.
2. 2 songs/or 7 minute performances
3. Only one appearance per performer, per festival
4. Check in 15 minutes before your time, or you risk losing your spot
MIDDLEGROUND OPEN MIC NIGHT
Hours are Friday 3pm - 6pm
Saturday Noon - 6pm
Sunday noon - 3pm
Stage is located in the Middleground area. Will be available when MiddleGround activities are offered. Sign up is available on a first come first serve basis at the MiddleGround stage. All are welcome to participate, but if demand is too high preference will be given to "up and coming" artists. We hope to see (and hear!) you at MiddleGround.
KIDS OPEN MIC NIGHT
... WHAT'S YOUR TALENT ... Do you sing, dance, tell stories or poems, do you do yo-yo tricks or maybe magic tricks ... You don't have to be a professional you don't have to be star, ... For ages 12 and under, there will be no pre-registration. Kids' Open Mic will be held after the last scheduled act on Saturday at Kids' Hill stage from 5:00 until ? Blue Water Ramblers will emcee and will be back-up sound for anyone who would like it.
