Special Needs / Crisis

While the festival grounds are still a farm most months of the year, Wheatland volunteers have continued to work to better ensure a quality experience for all. If you have difficulty walking or have special medical/hygiene needs, please notify your campground workstation or the Medical providers who will radio for a special transport team to transport you by golf cart. Other special needs accommodations include special needs camping areas near campground workstations, handicapped parking/unloading areas, and handicapper port-a-johns.

An area on the east side of the main stage will be reserved for handicap seating. There is also seating available in the back closer to medical. If you need assistance the medical building is open 24-hours during the festival.

Counselors, law enforcement personnel and medical professionals are available at the Medical Area located in the Information Building 24-hours a day to handle emergencies, illness and injuries.
